One of your staff member ( ProAtEverything ) perm banned be because 3x RDM FailRP and Leaving to avoyd punisment but I rdm 2 times and the second time i rdmed was becuase he was disrespecting me because i am 12 and then i leaved because i was mad at him. I dont think that that deserved a perma ban

One of your guy thats called AlphaWolf (STEAM_0:1:52043116)(He is trusted) Was rdming me while he was a Army General, so it was also job abuse and he also prop killed me while him and another guy was figthing with props

Any other skills (coding etc) that could be of use? Maybe a little bit with coding servers because i had my own server once but now i need to close it

If there was a RDMer on the server, what would you do?: If there was a RDMer i would first give him a warning and if he does it again i will kick him and if he joins and do it again i will ban him for like 2-5 days
A bit about you: Im a 12 years old boy i love to play computer and play garrys mod but i also play soccer and i have been on the server before and everyone hated me but im changed now, i had my own server so i know how to handle rulebreakers
