You have broken rules quite often recently and asking for a rank up shows that you are greedy for power. A rank up will come when other staff feel you should be the higher rank.

I think FRizZL replaced the car dealer last night but the vectors are still wrong and they are spawning in the same building.

If there was a RDMer on the server, what would you do?: I listen his reasons for killing them then ask the person they killed, from there I will make a decision if the RDMer should be punished or if he had a reason to kill that player. I would punish appropriately.
