I like the application you're indeed a good player i've not seen you break alot of rules u did sometimes but got better.

So i would perver getting you in trusted and see if anything goes bad or good.

Why do you want to be the rank above?: Because i've seen many admins online but has never responded to help or stuff like that, i have been going around as a donator and told people to obey the rules. But none has never listened or basecly not even cared, i've called after admins to help me but they barely never come. I've been on this server for more than 4 hours in total and have aton of garrys mod / ulx experiance as i am staff on some other servers. I always take my rank as an trust worthy medal, as soon as i get staff on a server i get exited and really tries to take it serious because i dont want to lose it, and i am currently an donator and i've seen ALOT of staff just randomly kicking people because of Voting no on their job request or basecly they think that you break a rule that doesnt even exist. I want to become a staff in any kind just to prove to the players that you cant just join random servers to play around and annoy people.

Any other skills (coding etc) that could be of use? I know lua, C, C++ and java programing and i've created a few anti cheats as i know how they work.

If there was a RDMer on the server, what would you do?: I would grab and drag him up on a roof or somewere where no one would be able to hear / interact with us. I would then bring the reporters and hear what each and other say, if the rdmer tries to escape i would bring him back and freeze him if he tries to escape any further i would kick him. If he in the otherhand stands still and apoligies i would give him an warning and if he gets up to 3 more warnings i would kick him, if he then joins again and tries to repeat his currently behavior i would temporarly ban him for a certain amount of time ( Depends on how many he kills )
A bit about you: I am an 14 year old programmer that loves to learn new stuff and likes to help others with it too. I am an experianced gamer with alot of knowledge about alot of stuff like ULX, Gmod and other handy tips.
